I had a bit of fun asking AI to create a caricature of my work…

But looking at it actually made me pause.

Because this really is what I love most,
supporting clients through massage, reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy and sound therapy…
and teaching adult women how to step into this industry properly.

This right here is what I love most about what I do 💛

Hands-on therapies, and teaching other women how to do them properly.

Massage, reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy, sound therapy and sound baths. All the things that help people slow down, breathe deeper, and feel more like themselves again.

I genuinely love working with clients. Watching the shift. Feeling the room change when someone finally relaxes.
Shoulders soften. Feet relax. Breath deepens. Tension releases. The nervous system settles.

But I also love teaching adult women who feel called to this path. Seeing their confidence grow. Watching it click when they realise, “I can actually do this.”

There’s something powerful about seeing women step into this industry properly, learning the skills, understanding the anatomy, holding space safely, and building something meaningful.

Holistic therapy isn’t just soft lighting, candles, calm music and nice smells (although we do love those 😉).
It’s training. Practice. Knowledge. Skill. Experience. It’s understanding the body and holding space responsibly.

And I get to do both, treat and teach.

That feels like a privilege 🌿

✨ We’re Officially CPD Accredited! ✨

I’m so pleased to share that our Pregnancy Massage CPD Course has now been officially accredited by The CPD Group, awarding 18 CPD credits and listed on the CPD Register.

This course has been thoughtfully designed to support qualified massage therapists to work safely, confidently, and professionally with pregnant clients, combining in-depth online theory with a practical, in-person training day.

A huge amount of care has gone into ensuring the course meets the highest standards for:
• Professional scope of practice
• Health & safety and legislative compliance
• Practical competency and assessment
• Ethical, client-centred care

I’m incredibly proud of the work that’s gone into strengthening and refining this training, and grateful to The CPD Group for recognising the quality and integrity of the course.

Reflexology does indeed get misunderstood a lot.

We love a bit of humour so this made us smile… and nod along.

Reflexology is one of those therapies people think they understand, until they experience it properly. It’s not about guessing the future, poking randomly, or seeing how much pressure someone can tolerate.

It’s skilled, intentional work.
Rooted in training, anatomy, and a deep understanding of how the body responds to touch and nervous system support.

When it’s done well, it’s calm, precise, and deeply considered, not dramatic, not forceful, and certainly not one-size-fits-all.

A little humour helps clear up the myths, but good education keeps standards high 💜

Reflexology gets misunderstood a lot.
It’s not fortune telling, foot wrestling, or random poking. It’s a structured, professional therapy delivered by trained practitioners.

Calm, considered, and a lot more intentional than people think 😉







💜 The Irish Reflexologists’ Institute (IRI) is the professional body for reflexology in Ireland, supporting reflexologists through education, professional standards, continued learning, and a connected practitioner community. 💜

This year has been a powerful one, full of challenge, growth, grief, creativity, and connection.

From supporting learners through their training and celebrating new graduates, to holding space for clients and continuing to grow our work, it’s been a year that reminded me why this path matters so deeply.

Alongside the professional milestones, there has been personal transformation too. The loss of Rosie shaped much of this year, and from that love came new creations, her book and the launch of Soulstream Alchemy, both rooted in meaning, compassion, and soul-led growth.

There has also been reconnection, support from incredible friends, moments of deep self-care, breathwork, and the kind of quiet resilience that builds over time.

Thank you to every learner, client, colleague, collaborator, and supporter who has been part of this journey. Your trust, presence, and encouragement mean more than I can say.

Here’s to carrying the lessons of this year forward with care, integrity, and heart. 🤍
