We had such a wonderful time on Tuesday creating the Navajo-inspired patterns with printing ink! Everyone’s work was truly fantastic.

Mastering the printing technique can be a bit tricky—especially finding that perfect balance of pressure on the foam board—but our students did an amazing job. We are especially proud of our new students who handled their very first printing lesson with such creativity and willingness to learn.

We are so excited for week 2 of our summer workshops! We'll be diving into the beauty of Rome with two wonderful projects: drawing the iconic Sistine Chapel and a majestic Wolf 🤩

We are thrilled to announce that for tomorrow’s class, we will be diving into another incredible printing workshop! 🤩

As many of you know, our students absolutely love the printing process. There is something truly magical about the "big reveal" when they see their finished artwork for the very first time ✨

To make things even more special, we are introducing something brand new: our first-ever pattern print lesson! We can’t wait to see how our students take on this new challenge and explore the endless possibilities of repetitive design. It promises to be a fascinating and high-energy session.

We look forward to seeing everyone there for a day of creativity and discovery! 🧑‍🎨

✨EXCITING NEWS✨

We have some wonderful news to share! Over the next few weeks at Cygnets Art School Dudley, we’re so happy to offer your child a special opportunity to enjoy a trial lesson with us completely for free. It’s a lovely way for your young artist to experience our professional sessions and join in the creative fun.

Our upcoming workshop on Tuesday, 16 June, is all about Navajo-inspired patterns using printing inks. These printmaking sessions are always a big hit with our students, and we’d love to share that artistic energy with your child.

This trial is a great way for your child to explore what we do and see if they’d enjoy our regular after-school classes. We focus on using high-quality materials and unique techniques to help every student feel confident and inspired.

We are so excited to share the stunning Bison Skulls our students created using fineliner and watercolour! Everyone did such a wonderful job; we were truly impressed by their skill in mixing colours and capturing every little detail so beautifully ✨

The focus they showed with their fineliner work really brought out the textures, and their watercolour layering was fantastic to see. We are incredibly proud of all the hard work and creativity everyone put into this session! 🤩

For the first week of our workshops on August 4th, 2026, we will be diving into some wonderful Australian landmarks. We will be exploring the stunning Blue Mountains of Sydney using watercolours and capturing the iconic Sydney Opera House with fineliner and ink.
