👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Family Friday Post 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Eesa, Idrees and Inaaya joined the academy 3 years ago. After searching for a training academy in some form of martial arts we came across Rob Lock academy. The atmosphere was amazing and very welcoming. After a trial week for Muay Thai all three children were keen to join as training was combined with having fun and all trainers were and still are amazing.

Muay Thai has provided tremendous physical, mental, and social growth for the children, offering key benefits like improved physical fitness, self-discipline, and effective self-defense. The children have grown in confidence and fitness since joining and coming to class on the evenings is something they look forward to.

Inaaya, idrees and their cousin eesa joined muay thai at robs 3 years ago. Three years on they are confident, disciplined and there level of skill an fitness is exceptional. They also made new friends which helped there social skills as inaaya an idrees were very shy when they first started. They also learnt to respect others and we are all very proud of them and the progress they have made. All this is due to all the instructors and staff at robs all their hard work and dedication for helping them reach this level so a very big thank you to all instructors at robs.

On the 30th of July watch commander Chris Hill and fellow Fire Fighters will be throwing themselves out of a perfectly good plane with Rich Kingston and the red devils parachute display team all for the Fire Fighters Charity
