Often with the Start of a NEW YEAR it's so easy to put PRESSURE on yourself.
This doesn't help with pressure put on US by the media continuously promoting the use of DETOX DIETS, MAGIC PILLS THAT BURN FAT, SHAKES THAT MAKE YOU SLIM, WORKOUTS THAT ARE "THE WAY" TO LOSE WEIGHT.
I myself have brought into these in the past.
It takes time to UNDERSTAND how results happen and also to make them happen.
THERE IS NO QUICK FIX!!
PLEASE don't be harsh on yourself, put yourself down or put immense pressure on yourself at the start of a NEW YEAR or any other time of the year.

Good Morning! π Hope you all had a fab New Years evening! βοΈ
Today Iβm starting the year as I mean to go on & planning training sessions for my clients for the week ahead to make changes in their life! πͺπΌ

So excited to have back in my life β€οΈ
This time I ordered Coco Cereal & Vanilla Whey Protein! ππΌ I also ordered a sample of the Salted Caramel The Whey Protein!
You may ask why do I use protein powders? It's not because it's a magic formula.. oh no! It won't make you magically put on muscle overnight & it certainly isn't a MUST after a gym session, I have it because it fits into my lifestyle & means I can reach my goals easier! πͺπΌ
I use it on my breakfast cereal mixed in with regular milk to increase my protein intake, I also add it into oats, mix into Greek yoghurt for a snack or just mix with almond milk/water if I'm low on protein for the day! ππΌ

Today's breakfast is strawberries, blueberries & banana with fig yoghurt & not forgetting granolaaaaa ππ
This breakfast is lower on fat & protein & higher in carbs!

My favourite type of breakfast for a Sunday Morning ππ
2 whole eggs with 3 egg whites, I also added in mushrooms on brown toast! & of course topped with tomato sauce & brown sauce π
I add in the extra egg whites to top up my protein intake for the day, plus it keeps me fuller for longer! π

tonight guys ππ
Do you ever walk past a shop window and catch yourself and feel insecure by what you see? Yes!! Me too! That's totally normal and totally ok! ππΌ We all feel that feeling inside!
Most of our lives are not going to be perfect, nor are we going to catch ourself at a perfect angle like in my posed picture! ππΌ
We are more likely to catch ourself like my realistic image ππΌwhere we are not posing. Life is not meant to be lived out worrying about what you look like on a daily basis.
Of course when I post on my social media I want my picture to look good, don't we all? But I also want to be honest, open & most of all relatable! Because we are all human, we all come across obstacles & we are all in this journey together! π
