Congratulations to Dudley College student Blessing Chitapa, who won on Saturday. Blessing won the show for Team Olly (Murs) with a rendition of Angels by Robbie Williams, but she hopes to be back at college in the new year; she is a dedicated student who had been fitting her studies in around rehearsals!

It was a great honour for our staff and students to be invited to the Moroccan Embassy in London yesterday. His Excellency Abdeselem Aboudrar, Moroccan ambassador to the UK, was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, and it was fantastic experience for Dudley College and the Gustave Eiffel School.

A big thank you to Wolverhampton Wanderers FC player Romain Saiss for taking time out from his busy schedule to visit Moroccan international students who are with us this week. The students from the Gustave Eiffel school were sponsored by Romain to come to the UK thanks to his family links to the school. Students from St James’s Academy also joined the fun at Dudley’s 3G pitch. Thanks Romain
