What a day at the National Taekwondo Centre! 🥋🔥

So proud of all our MSTA members for the way they represented the club today. The attitude, commitment and ability they showed throughout the visit was fantastic 💪🏼

Being surrounded by the incredible facilities, athletes and coaches at the home of GB Taekwondo is a huge source of inspiration for our members. Hopefully today has motivated them to keep working hard, dream big and believe in what they can achieve. 🌟

A huge thank you to all the athletes who gave up their time to help out and support the sessions. Your experience, energy and encouragement made a real difference 👊🏼

Despite the heat ☀️ and their young age, they showed incredible focus, determination, and discipline throughout 👏💪

Our 4–6 year olds class is designed to help build strong Taekwondo fundamentals, and it’s fantastic to see how much they’re all progressing 🥋🌟

A special shoutout to Kaidan 🎉, who now graduates to the older class - we’re so proud of you!
And to Clarisse ⭐, our star performer on the day - outstanding effort!

A huge well done as well to our brilliant coach Jodie 👏 for leading and inspiring the class so brilliantly.
