Beeford Tots We meet weekly during term-time at Beeford Community Centre.

Beeford Tots Baby and Toddler Group is a voluntary-led setting where accompanied children (aged 0-4) can play and socialise and their parents/carers can have a chat with other adults. From 15th September 2021 we will have sessions on Wednesday afternoons during term-time, 1.45 to 3.15 pm, offering varied play activities to provide lots of fun and encourage children's development, indoors or outsid

e, depending on weather conditions. Cost is £2.50 for an adult with one baby/child, 50p each for additional children (includes refreshments). Please note these are voluntary-led groups, so help tidying away, washing up etc is very much appreciated

IF YOU HAVE, OR CARE FOR, YOUNG CHILDREN we would love to see you (and the children) at BEEFORD TOTS HOLIDAY SESSION, which is on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday 29th July (1.30pm to 3.30pm - note different times as no school). In view of the forecast we will probably have resources inside as well as outside, so people can cool off. We'll have the Multi-Storey Garage out as well as the Dolls' House, Kitchen, Animals, Painting, Water and lots of other toys and activities. There will also be items for babies to explore. The session will be particularly aimed at children aged 0 to 5 (older siblings will be welcome as long as they appreciate the boundaries) - I'd be grateful though if you could let me know ages and interests of any over-5's you will be bringing with your younger children, to help me plan activities. Thank you! 🙂🙂All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note there will be no Beeford Tots session tomorrow due to the school holidays. However, we will be having a holiday session on Wednesday 29th July (1.30pm to 3.30pm) with dinosaurs, animals, dolls, crafts, cars and trucks, paint, puzzles and more, with items for babies to explore as well. The session will be particularly aimed at children aged 0 to 5 (older siblings will be welcome as long as they appreciate the boundaries) - I'd be grateful though if you could let me know ages and interests of any over-5's you will be bringing with your younger children, to help me plan activities. Beeford Tots will be on as usual tomorrow (15th) then a fortnight later there will be a holiday session on Wednesday 29th July (1.30pm to 3.30pm) with dinosaurs, dolls, crafts, trucks, paint, puzzles and more, with items for babies to explore as well. This group is for parents/carers to socialise as well as for the children. We may well have both inside and outside options again, in case people feel too hot or the thunder flies are out. We will have water and sea creatures in the tuff tray and boats to make which we can sail on the water. The tool bench will also be out, as well as the Happyland and lots of other toys and activities. There will also be items for babies to explore. Looking at the forecast I am hoping we will have be outside, and, as it was International Mud Day on 29th June, we will have a mud kitchen to play with, so please DRESS FOR MESS! We will also have dinosaurs out, as well as Gear to Go and lots of other toys and activities. There will also be items for babies to explore. Looking at the forecast I think we will have both inside and outside options, to enable people to cool off. The water tray will be out so you may want to bring spare clothes! Today's photos are of the symmetrical butterflies the children created last week. This group is for parents/carers to socialise as well as for the children. We may be outside, unless weather forecast changes! Today's photos are of the Very Hungry Caterpillars the children made last week. EDIT This has now gone to a family.
Can anyone use this family pass by 14th June? Local English Heritage sites include Scarborough Castle and Pickering Castle. The pass had kindly been left at the Community Centre for a local family to use. If you would like it please message me 😊
