We still have two raffle prizes left from the Summer Fair. Please can you check as these vouchers need using soon.

We have 686 - 690 for Stella's Corner and 466 - 470 for a family ticket for the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

☀️‼️They do need collecting by Friday morning at the school reception
If not due to the summer dates on them they will no longer be available ‼️☀️

Tesco In-Store Vote: Help Us Win Up to £1,500 for Our New Library!

We are thrilled to announce that our application to the Tesco Fruit and Veg Grants Programmehas been successful! Our project to fund the New School Library—creating a world of stories waiting to be explored for our infants—has been selected for a public token vote at our local Driffield Tesco Superstore (YO25 6RA).

Voting runs from Monday 3rd August 2026 until the end of November 2026. Depending on where we finish in the community vote, we could receive up to £1,500 to bring this library to life!

How You Can Support Us
Whenever you make a purchase of any value at the Driffield Tesco Superstore, you will receive one blue token per transaction. Please drop your token into the Driffield Northfield Infant School slot in the voting unit!

💡 Tesco Voting Rules:
* Please cast your blue token as soon as you receive it (no hoarding tokens to drop in all at once).
* Only take one token per transaction from the self-serve checkouts.
* Please do not try to promote the project inside the store itself without permission from the Store Manager.

We would love for you to spread the word to friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you so much for your continued support in helping us build a fantastic new reading space for our children!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped and attended our last event of the year the summer fair!

We raised a WHOPPING £1200!!
This is the most successful summer fair in recent years and we couldn’t do it without you 💚

Over this year we have held

☀️Summer fair

🤩 Over all this year we have raised £2864!! 🤩

The school & children all very much appreciate this and we hope you’ve enjoyed the events this year 👏

Thank you to all our local business who have donated prizes, and all our donations that come through school 🤩

We couldn’t do it without staff & parent volunteers as well as you guys attending these events 👏

Let’s make 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣/2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣7️⃣ even better & bigger 🎉

We will hold our first meeting towards the end of September once the new starters have settled, we will post some information out nearer the time,
Anyone joining our school in September we are always looking out for new volunteers parents/grandparents/carers 💚

A HUGE thank you for everyone who came today and supported the summer fair!

It was a hot one ☀️
All monies raised once counted will be announced and 100% all goes back to the school to help all the children 💚

Any unclaimed raffle prizes, guess the sweets and guess the giant teddy 🤪 names and numbers will be emailed/posted by the school next week for you to check & collect 🏆

Some big thank yous to all the volunteers & staff in which without we wouldn’t be able to do it 👏

The biggest THANK YOU of all I think should go to Mrs Woolhouse our headteacher, for being a great sport - 30 mins of literally ice cold wet sponges been thrown at her (biggest Que of the day) 🧽👏
