Yesterday we had our final holiday club of the summer! It had a Tutti Fruity theme and lots of free crafting too! We started the day making colourful sun catchers using sticky back plastic and colourful cellophanes. The children were given free rein on their designs and we had tractors, love hearts, shapes and more created! We then had fun thinking about our favourite fruits and why they are good for us. The children made their own fruit Kebabs to eat with their lunch. The afternoon saw us making fruity slime, having play doh fun , playing games and building Lego, free crafting and just lots of fun! Thank you to all who joined us this summer! We’ve had a wonderful time! Thank you to Grace and Laura for their help this summer and we can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Now the kids are going back to school, it’s time to think of you again! I’m planning some amazing adult classes for the Autumn, so watch this space! X

September often feels like a fresh start with new seasons around the corner.
New routines. Fresh energy. A chance to make a bit more time for the things you enjoy. Over the next few months, thousands of people will spend an evening switching off their phones, chatting to people they've never met, trying something new and going home feeling ridiculously proud of themselves at our Create & Sip events.

Just good company, plenty of laughter and the chance to enjoy creating something that's completely your own.

You might be surprised by what happens when you give yourself permission to create.

Yesterday I had a great day at the Centenary Festival at the Founders Bar, running the festival glitter bar. I didn’t get many photos as people popped in and out so quickly but arm glitter was definitely a favourite of the day. Lovely to see some existing customers pop along and meet knew families and thank goodness the rain and storms held off for the matches! ✨♥️🏉👍

I’m at the Centenary Festival today adding sparkle with eco glitter! I’ll be in the kids zone at the Founders Bar , with lots of sparkles to brighten the day. So if you’re joining the celebrations, come see me and get your sparkle on first! Adults welcome too! ✨😃

Yesterday saw the final Up, Up and Away event from Driffield Town Council over the summer. This week we explored Dutch windmills and made our own from paper cups and card! We also made rising hot air balloon from card that flew over our landmarks when we pulled the string! It’s been a great 6 weeks of creating and I’ve seen so many creative kids and families come along and get involved. Thank you all for joining me each Friday and to Driffield Town council for booking me again this year. fun

It’s the last fun Friday afternoon tomorrow for the Driffield Town Council, Up, Up and Away event! Join me at Cass Hall 1-3pm for more FREE crafts! We’ll be making Dutch Windmills, moving hot air balloons over our favourite landmarks and more! X

Yesterday we had a super busy day, so I didn’t get many photos of the activities unfortunately, but what a super fidget fun day it was. Our theme was Fidget toys, from squashes, stress balls, tangles and more. We started the day making a stressful ball from a balloon and filling it with flour and rice or play doh to give different textures. We loved feeling the different textures and lots of discussion was had. We then made sponge squashy toys, cutting our sponges into different shapes and drawing on our characters and designs. The afternoon saw us making beaded fidget toys, that the children could move beads up and down on, spin them and fidget! We also made tangle toys from elastic and piece of straw! These were lots of fun as they tangled in different shapes. Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos of the afternoons makes as we were so busy creating and having fun, so do share yours if you have some, as the kids did amazing and loved their beaded toys and tangles. It was another super day, and I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did!

It’s day 7 of our holiday clubs! Today is all about Fidget Fun, with lots of fidget toys to make and explore! I can’t wait to see what you all make!
