Roundabout Nursery

Roundabout Nursery We are a Private Nursery and Pre-School offering funded and non-funded childcare spaces for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Funding accepted for 2 year olds.

We open 8.00am to 5.30pm all year round. We also run a school holiday provision offering flexible childcare for older children. We are a privately run day nursery for children aged 2 up to 5 years, we also run an after school club for Northfield Infant School. Term time only. Our online Journal Tapestry enables you to log on and see what your little ones get up to. Why not come and visit us if you

are interested in a place and see our practitioners in action, all we ask is that you avoid lunch times between 11.30 and 1.

🧡🧡Exciting opportunity 🧡🧡

Due to increased numbers we are looking for another staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 or above qualification, and will have a passion for working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. The role is for approximately 30 hours per week and will be predominately term time only. However, some holiday cover will be required. This is a temporary contract initially to cover maternity leave until April 2027, but is likely to be made permanent.

A massive thank you to all of the parents and children who came to the summer party tonight. I hope you all had a wonderful time. We also celebrated our 26 leavers as they prepare for their next big adventure. A massive congratulations to them all. Thank you to Hannah from Once upon a Tune for helping us celebrate the end of term, the children loved your session as always.

We are very lucky to have some amazing parents at Roundabout and today one of them took time out of her busy day and brought an ambulance to nursery . The children loved it. They got to sit in the back of the ambulance. They looked at some of the very special equipment used to help people feel better, and some of them got to sit in the drivers seat. What a wonderful surprise experience for the children.

We are very excited to share our newly extended garden with you all. We still have a few more resources to add and our sand pit it still to be finished but we think it looks amazing. The children certainly enjoyed it on Friday. This is just one of the 3 garden areas we have sole use of at Roundabout, not to mention the lovely garden areas that Northfield very kindly let us use too. 💚🧡
