No one should go cold this winter. Our wonderful staff are embarking on a hike up Pen Y Ghent November 19th and any support and donations is greatly appreciated. As a charity we pride ourselves on supporting vulnerable children especially through winter.

🌈🌈🌈 Playgroup Today was a full house! 🌈🌈🌈
Lots of fun for celebrating the Jubilee and a little bit of outside before the rain started. We are closed next week due to Half Term but we will see you the week after 🙂

This week we have had beach week doing craft activities for our display . The children have been very busy decorating crabs, jellyfish, ice cream ,beach ball and a bucket and spade ⛱. We also had the chocolate fountain out which was lots of fun and messy. 🌞

💐🌷🌺 Today’s Jack & Jills was all about Nature and Minibeasts! The smiles were infectious in the playgroup today as everyone explored all the different areas 😀 See you all again next week for even more fun for only £2.50.

For wellness Wednesday this week we had a beach day , we had the sand pit, padding pool and lots of different activities out which all the children enjoyed and had lots of fun in the sunshine. Hope you all had a lovely day .🌈🌞

‼️Children that do don’t attend playgroup on a Friday are welcomed into the setting for a fun filled morning BUT must be accompanied by a parent/adult‼️

mobile phones are not permitted to be used for photographs during the session 🥰 This is to keep all the children and parents privacy safe during the playgroup and we appreciate your consideration.

The staff at the Playgroup gain verbal consent for photographs and post to social media once a week - you can see all the lovely snaps there!

Nursery Staff do access mobile phones as you will have seen but that is to update the App for parents and reply to messages - they are not personal mobile phones. We lock our mobiles away before the doors open each day.

Good afternoon. The staff at playgroup have some exciting things coming up leading to the queens jubilee💂🇬🇧! We are kindly asking if you use kitchen roll at all, if you have no other use for the cardboard tube when finished... If we could please have them for crafts for the children. THANKYOU these are needed before 23rd of may. 😁 -playgroup

PART TIME JOB VACANCY //

We are looking for a part time member of staff to join our team and to start ASAP. Ideally level 2 childcare but not essential. 13hrs a week on a temporary basis but potential for more.

The rising 5’s have enjoyed being outside in the nice weather this afternoon. We had a lovely picnic outside and then built a den using our big parachute with enough room for all the children. ☀️🥪

Last weekend the children have been busy doing crafts for our farm display decorating different craft activities. The children also did rice crispy bun which they had lots of fun scooping the children into their cases🐖🐑 hope you all had a fun week.

The rising 5’s have had a FAB Red Nose Day 🔴🔴 we’ve had so much fun decorating biscuits and making masks !! We hope you all have a fantastic weekend 😁

Today it is Red Nose Day , which lots of the children came in red well done and gave a donation which we really appreciate. The children have decorated red nose biscuits and done masks which they have really enjoyed. Hope you all had a good day

As we have had some positive cases of covid there will be no jack and Jill this week .

Last week was full of fun for the rising 5's! We had such a busy week... Our theme for the week was colors 🌈 we did so many colourful activities including rainbow toast, which we had never had before! The children loved watching their bread turn rainbow and it was super yummy to eat 😋 we took a trip to the library and looked at some fantastic books 📚 and played in the garden alot. This week we are focusing on shapes and we can't wait for you to see what we're going to be getting up to 😀😀 we all hope you have a lovely Monday
