Pirate play themed activity Tuff trays. 🦜🏴‍☠️☠️

The children had an amazing time exploring our pirate - themed tuff trays this week!
The activities were a huge hit and the children were fully engaged 🏴‍☠️☠️🦜

They loved digging through the treasure and sand to discover shiny gold coins, searching for hidden surprises, and letting their imagination run wild on their pirate adventures.

It was wonderful to see their curiosity, confidence, and creativity shine as they explored through hands-on sensory play! 🦜🏴‍☠️

Have you heard about the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme? This scheme offers additional help towards childcare fees for eligible parents.
For every £8 you pay into the account, the government will top it up by £2.
The total top up you can get for each child is £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year). This goes up to £1,000 every 3 months if your child is disabled (up to £4,000 a year).
You’ll usually need to be working (or returning to work) and your child must be 11 or younger (16 or younger if they’re disabled).

The children had lots of fun exploring the beach!! 🌊☀️😍☀️🌊

☀️💕🌼Summer sensory kitchen ☀️💕🌼

The children had lots of fun exploring fresh lemons, 🍋 oranges, 🍊 fresh herbs from our herb garden, and refreshing lemon water through hands on play.

From squeezing citrus fruits and discovering different textures to smelling fresh aromas and pouring lemon water, the children were developing their fine motor skills, language, curiosity and creativity while having lots of fun!

Sensory play encourages children to explore using all their senses, helping to build confidence, communication and problem solving skills in a playful and encouraging way.

The children had a wonderful time learning through play. 💛🍋🍊

💕🐾A Wonderful Trip to the Pet Shop!!🐾💕

The children enjoyed an exciting visit to the pet shop! It was a fantastic opportunity to see a variety of animals up close, including fish, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets.

The children were full of curiosity, asking thoughtful questions and sharing what they already knew about caring for animals.
Experiences like these helps build confidence, encourage language development, and nurture a love and respect for living things. 🐇🐠🐀🦎

The children really loved this simple sensory turtle tray, inspired by their growing fascination with turtles. 🐢 💕

The children were completely engaged as they moulded, explored textures, created habitats and brought their turtle ideas to life. Sensory play like this helps to develop fine motor skills, creativity, communication, and problem-solving - while having lots of fun! 😀

It's wonderful to see how a simple invitation to play, based on what the children love, can spark such curiosity, concentration and joy! 🐢💚
