Congratulations to our Rights Respecting Pupils of the Week! 🌟👏

Our theme for September is ‘Inclusion’, and these pupils have shown a tremendous ability to make everyone around them feel included, respected and valued. 🌈🤝

They are fantastic role models who demonstrate that every person matters and that everyone has the right to feel that they belong.

We're excited to share the key dates for our Year 3, Year 4, and Year 7 pupils as they prepare for their Sacraments this year.

A HUGE Thank You to CDRCN! 🙏🏻

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to County Down Rural Community Network (CDRCN) and Daniella for their continued kindness, generosity and support of our school community.

This week, they very generously donated a number of cinema vouchers to the school, which will help us bring a little extra joy, excitement and happiness to our pupils throughout the year! 🎬🍿✨

This term, our Primary 6 pupils will enjoy weekly swimming lessons as part of their curriculum! 🌊

Swimming is a fun and important part of the Primary 6 curriculum, providing pupils with a fantastic opportunity to develop their water confidence, swimming skills and overall ability while enjoying being active. 💦👏

All information regarding swimming has been provided to parents and guardians via a letter from class teachers.

📢 Term 1 After-School Clubs 📢

We are delighted to share our Term 1 After-School Club timetable and to welcome Oisín from Sav Sports back to school for another year of coaching and fun activities for our pupils! ⚽🏃‍♂️🏅

The clubs listed on the poster will begin next week (week beginning 14th September) and places must be booked through School Money.

⚠️ Please note: School Money is not yet live for club bookings. Parents/guardians will receive a text message as soon as bookings open.

❗️Also, please note that After-School Gaelic for Year 4 and Year 5 pupils will take place at the PYC with our new P4 teacher, Mr Murdock. Further information about this club, along with other clubs available at the PYC, will follow shortly.

We look forward to another exciting term of after-school activities! 😊🎉

GH Music School has provided tuition in our school for many years and continues to be a valuable service for our pupils.
