📚 FUTURES WEEK RECAP 🌟
Last week, our Year 12 students took part in Futures Week — a fantastic programme of talks and workshops to support their post-18 planning.

From university pathways to apprenticeships and alternative routes, students explored a wide range of options and asked some great questions along the way.

A huge thank you to all the speakers and staff who made the week so engaging and informative. We’re proud of how thoughtfully our students approached their next steps!

Our Year 12s had a brilliant day at the UCAS Discovery event at the University of Suffolk today!

They explored a wide range of university and apprenticeship options, asked great questions, and came away feeling more confident about their next steps after sixth form.

It’s always exciting to see students starting to shape their futures — and today was a big part of that journey.

Are you ready to take your independent research skills to the next level? The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) for 2025/2026 is launching after February half term!

🔍 What is the EPQ?
A chance to explore a topic of your choice, develop university-level research skills, and gain extra UCAS points!

📅 Who can take part?
Year 12 students who are eager to challenge themselves and enhance their university applications.

💡 Why do it?
✅ Stand out on UCAS applications
✅ Develop critical thinking and project management skills

🎉 Huge congratulations to Robin, who smashed it at his last cadet domestic fencing competition in London, bringing home the 🥇 GOLD medal! 🗡️✨

The final match was a nail-biting 15-14, and after 8 hours of intense fencing, his hard work truly paid off. 💪👏 We’re so proud of him—and guess what? He brought the medal in today for us all to see! 🎖️

What an incredible achievement in such a tough competition!
