For those of you asking about my Great Barrow Challenge - 10 half marathons in 10 days, I am pleased to let you know I completed it 2 weeks ago and have signed up to do it again in 2027 - anyone joining me on the start you can choose your distance 5k,10k,half marathon, full marathon or ultra marathon

Tomorrow morning is looking cloudy and somewhat cooler than the temperatures we have been enjoying (or enduring!) over the last week or so…

20C is still warm though so please make sure you bring plenty of fluids with you.

And, don’t forget, if park in the school carpark - and even if you just drive in and out - the camera will have got you and you will need to pay.
