Very well done to all in the later class last night, teem katas and a bit of fun.

Well done to Grace who competed today at the Haito kata tournament!
Grace competed both the adult ladies 2nd kyu+ and open ladies categories and placed 4th in each category!
Big thank you to Sensei Gabi and all those involved for another brilliant competition.

Well done to all those who took part in the Welsh Nationals at the weekend. Special well done to Darwin, who took 1st place in his category.

Quiz night!!
On Saturday 20th September we're hosting a quiz night!!
All profits from the night go into our IKK Competitors funds - to help contribute towards entry fees and travel for our students that compete for the club outside of IKK tournaments.
This is open to all, feel free to invite family and friends! There may be a round on karate based questions, but this night is aimed at fun for all!
Trophies for the winners! Wooden spoons for the lowest scores! There will also be a raffle on the night.
Seats to be paid for on the door (cash only), however you must book your seat in advance! You can either book as a table (form your own team of , or book individual seats and you can form a team on the night.
