Everyone welcome and the workout will be tailored to suit everyone!
Standard Murph 👇🏼
For time:
1. 1 mile run
2. 100 pull-ups
3. 200 press-ups (push-ups)
4. 300 air squats
5. 1 mile run
Rx version:
* Performed wearing a 20lb vest/body armour (14lb for females in many gyms)
(There are loads of ways we can do this workout, most people will do it scaled and bodyweight and we can even sub out the running as well)
