Time spent in nature provides children with the opportunity to switch off and give their brains a well-earned break from the demands of everyday life. Allowing children playtime helps them burn off energy and improve their ability to concentrate. The outdoors presents a different and exciting environment where children can have fun, letting imaginations run wild and offer an escape from reality.
