📣 Next Saturday – Come & Say Hello! 💃🕺
Next Saturday 17th January we’ll be at Dover Town Hall (or The Maison Dieu as its now referred to as!) for the New Year, New Hobbies event, and we’d love to see some friendly faces!
🕙 All day: 10:00am – 4:00pm
I’ll be there throughout the day handing out leaflets, chatting about what we do, and generally flying the flag for Modern Jive – so if you’re popping in, please do come and say hello 👋
🕒 Demonstration slot: 3:10pm – 4:00pm
We’re sharing this time with the Ballroom & Sequence dancers, and we’re planning a quick fun lesson or demonstration depending on who’s there, we’ll either:
• Do a few short, Modern Jive dances, or
• Get people involved with a quick, easy taster lesson if there are non-dancers watching & willing to take part.
So if you’re free between 3:10 and 4pm, it would be great to see you if you want to come along, take part or just say hello!! 😊
There will also be lots of other local groups there throughout the day, all demonstrating what they do – so do pop in and take a look .
