Mrs Fudge's Tiney Home Nursery has a new Fudgeling to add to the team!

Callie was welcomed almost 2 weeks late, weighing in at 8lb 12oz 😆💪

We are totally smitten and excited to enjoy some time as a family of 3 💕 Mrs Fudge's will be returning for Easter holiday fun in 2024!

Aaaaand that's a wrap! As the summer holidays come to an end, maternity leave begins!

A massive thank you to my wonderful families who have been so great to partner with and have spoiled me with lots of baby gifts!

My plan is to take about 7 months off to tackle motherhood, then I will be taking on new families to join the Mrs Fudge's team 💕 so if you're looking for care from around April 2024, drop me a message and I can pop you on my waiting list.

In the meantime, I'll be over here with my feet up waiting for our baby girl Fudge! 👶

Another exciting adventure today! Dinosaur Day at Pencester was such a lovely day, if not a little bit too busy 😆 but we had a lovely time seeing the dinos, looking for fossils and making dinosaur clay.

Such a cool experience provided by the local children's centre 🐸🐍🐌 the kids were so much braver than I was!

At some point last week, one of our afterschool children realised it would be the last time this specific group of children would be together as some are switching around days over Summer. He proceeded to design a 'goodbye' sign, request to freeze some lollies and for me to buy some balloons to make a party for our last time all together.
We had a lovely time sharing our favourite memories and celebrating friendships made ❤

So excited for more sunny adventures this term 😍

Apologies for my unplanned hiatus from social media, but have been busy with a few announcements!

Firstly, a few weeks ago I had my first Quality Assurance visit from Tiney, where I achieved a 'Good'! I'm really pleased with this for my first visit and I'm excited to share my report with parents soon 😀 the assessor said some lovely things about my setting and left me feeling very proud of myself!

The second announcement is that we are expecting our own little Fudgeling in September 👶 we're very excited, as are the children! However I did also get the comment 'is your baby... a monster?' when showing them my scan photo 🤣👽

I will be working right through the Summer holidays (get in touch about potential holiday spaces!) but will be taking a well-earned break from September 1st to settle in for the arrival of our little one. I will keep everyone updated about when I will be opening again after baby has been born 🥰💕

For now, I am going to attempt to be better at social media 🤣 and continue enjoying the beautiful Spring weather! 😍 photos of what we've been up to recently to follow 😉
