Also Ian Hewitt our fantastic house chef, will demonstrate how to "Cook like a Pro - knife skills" and create some delicious recipes (of course) on our last demo to the public - Weds 03.07

Meet the Chef - Pari Brahmbhatt ๐ฉโ๐ณ
Indian family roots, Kenya born artist/cook moved to the UK more than 40 years ago with her family .
Her love for food started as an entertainment for family and friends, where she enjoyed serving her special vegetarian dishes with a Indian-Kenyan fusion ๐ฑ
After going through illness in 2017, Pari decided to drastically change her food habits and became more healthy conscious, her first step was to move from London to Bournemouth by the sea ๐
Pari operates her cafe at BVE at a fine food market
Pari believes that we can create a healthy and homemade meal from any fresh ingredients you have at home, we just need a little bit of inspiration ๐
We look forward to welcome Pari again to our cookery theatre for a demo
