SUP Yoga - priority dates to pencil in!

As we are heavily weather dependent I don't take actual bookings tilll we have a good forecast so we don't have to faff around with refunds. I will email booking links via the mailing list and post on here but also please join the Skool community site as that will be priority notice and you get loads of great resources from me into the bargain!

Merry Christmas!

It's our last class for 2025 tonight, I'm looking forward to helping you find some calm in the festive chaos & a big dose of mindful feel-great movement...

And a reminder we are relocating for 2026! The new studio is almost ready for us, and bookings are now live with more info - but I will have more details for you in the New Year. Feel free to message me if you have any questions in the meantime.

A truly feel-great mind and body practice - at The Retreat New Forest, Tuesdays 7.15pm...

Somatics involves techniques that can result in immediate effects on range of motion, tension & discomfort, as we reset tension at the brain level.

The effect on our whole being as we let go of this chronically held tension feels amazing, setting off a domino effect throughout your whole body (& mind!) creating an upward spiral of positive effects.

Gentle, pain-free movements in all directions, sometimes super slow, sometimes more dynamic & fluid, sometimes longer holds and releases & always ending with a blissful relaxation at the end of every class. You will leave feeling great (& most people sleep better after a class too!).

These movements are carefully selected for the best effects and may include Somatics, yoga, functional movements, qi gong, eye / vestibular drills, balance practice, energy practices, breath practices, self-massage / tapping / lymph flow practices, vagus nerve stimulation practices & more. I strongly believe this is a practice that we can all benefit from on a regular basis, no matter what else we do in our lives.

4 week flexi passes now available - the next 4 sessions are:
7th, 14th 21st Oct & 4th Nov but the pass is valid for 7 'active' weeks (so until 24th Nov if you start on 7th). And new joiner 3 week blocks (starting when you can make your first session) are ÂĢ25.
