Our crews are so excited to perform in Origins sold out show this weekend! 🎭✨ Origins is a fantastic event provided by Pavillion Dance including of workshops, Q&As, and performances from local schools and colleges. Our Crews are thrilled to be a part of it and are working hard in rehearsals - can't wait!

'Loved Ones Lost' 2025 – One Night Only Charity Variety show 🎭✨

On Sunday 23rd February, 'Loved Ones Lost' returns to the Layard Theatre, Canford School from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM. This special event raises funds for charities supporting mental health and addiction services, with past shows having raised over £10,000 for incredible organisations such as ACTs at Poole Hospital, Dorset Mind, The Samaritans, and Papyrus.

This year's show will feature professional vocalists, dancers, and aerialists, alongside talented students currently in training—including our ADP students performing their brand new Wicked Medley! 🎶✨

The Aspiring Dancers Program (ADP) is a unique training program designed to develop versatile, confident, and resilient performers. Built on three key pillars —technique & versatility, bespoke ADP mindset training, and professional opportunities —it offers a holistic approach to developing students working towards a career in the performing arts industry.

ADP's core focus is to prepare students for future training both in their technical and performance skills, but also in their mindset and professionalism.

The programs are written and run by our Deputy Principal Chloe and were launched at Mad4Dance in 2019. We are so proud of all the achievements of our ADP students and the journey they are on! 💖

One of our core values at Mad4Dance is to Nurture. We train and develop all our students from within because without a belief in who they are and what they can achieve, their true potential cannot fully flourish. Nurturing confidence and instilling in them a sense of value is extremely important to us. 🌟

🌟 Teacher Training Programme 🌟

We’re thrilled to have over 15 students now part of our Teaching Assistant and Teacher Training Programmes! 🎉

Our programs allow students to take the next step in their dance journey by supporting younger dancers and gaining hands-on teaching experience. Through guided support, monthly training sessions, and mentorship, our students learn vital skills like communication, learning styles, choreography, safe dance practice, and more.

Mad4Dance is Turning 20! 🎉

This year marks 20 incredible years of Mad4Dance! We are beyond excited to celebrate this milestone with a special anniversary party next summer that honors every single student, parent, and family who has been part of our journey.

For two decades, Mad4Dance has grown into more than just a dance school – it’s become a community built on passion, empowerment, and family. We wouldn’t be where we are today without YOU, and this celebration is all about showing our gratitude and celebrating the amazing people who’ve shaped our story.

Please join us this Sunday 15th December at Mad4Dance Centre as we raise money for Macmillan Local hospice through Christchurch Living Advent Calendar. Parent Watch Week is happening the week commencing 9th December! You are welcome to join us during your child's regular class times to meet the teacher, watch our classes, and celebrate all the progress your child is making. We look forward to seeing you! ✨

One of our favourite moments of the November WABS show is taking our students out to dinner in between the Matinee and Evening performances. Quality time with our dance family...the best!!!...😍

Ahhhh we've had the best two Sundays at the Pavillion Theatre for WABS 'The Art of Dance' show...We are SO utterly proud of all the students who have been working so hard in rehearsals since September. Thank you to all our students who created such gorgeous energy both on and offstage....how lucky we are! 💖

Ahhhh we are SO proud of this bunch for all their hard work in the lead up to WABS this weekend. Final rehearsals last night were amazing and they are so ready to burst on that stage this weekend! Please book tickets and come along to support all the affiliated schools taking part! 🩷

WABS is a self-funding registered charity and are proud of their continued achievements by giving young dancers the opportunity and experience of performing in public.

Our students are hard at work in our syllabus classes as they're currently under assessment for the next intake of exams. We're really proud of their hard work! 💖 Exams are a great way for dancers to focus on technique, build confidence, and monitor their progress. At Mad4Dance we provide high standard technical training in a wide range of styles, offering exam opportunities in our Ballet, Modern, Tap and Street Dance classes.
