✨ Manifesting Monday ✨

One thing I discovered while writing Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas was that the successful dyslexic adults I interviewed didn’t wait until they felt confident before taking action.

✨ They learned to let go of limiting beliefs.

✨ They built on their strengths.

✨ They kept moving forward one step at a time.

✨ They understood that confidence often follows action, not the other way around.

Sometimes success starts not with doing more, but with releasing what is holding you back.

✨ What’s one belief you’re ready to leave behind this month?

✨ Manifesting Monday and the month of June ✨

One thing I discovered while writing Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas was that the successful dyslexic adults I interviewed, such as Oscar Winning Film Director and Producer, Sir Steve McQueen didn’t wait until they felt confident before taking action 💡

✨ They kept moving forward one step at a time.

✨ They understood that confidence often follows action, not the other way around.

As a Neurodiversity Coach I often talk about the benefits of movement.

Many people with Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism find movement to be a game changer - helping with focus, stress levels and overall wellbeing.

Thanks Joe Wicks The Body Coach
for making exercise accessible to more people 😍

*An important message and my ongoing commitment to offer free fitness for everyone 🙌*

I never set out to build a business when I started posting workouts on YouTube.

I just wanted to help people exercise, move their bodies and feel better in themselves.

That’s why free workouts and my YouTube channel will always be so important to me.

YouTube gave me a way to reach people who might not ever step into a gym, who might not have the money for memberships or fitness apps, or who just needed someone to guide them from their living room.

And I’ve never forgotten how important that is.

Life is busy. It’s messy. It’s not always easy. And looking after your health shouldn’t feel like another pressure.

I believe everyone deserves access to fitness, no matter their circumstances.

So I’ll keep sharing free workouts on YouTube every week and I’ll keep creating content for anyone who needs it - whether you’re taking your first step, finding your way back, or simply carving out a little time for yourself.

I’m incredibly grateful for this community and for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years.

Being able to support people in feeling stronger, healthier and more confident is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you for being here, for moving with me, and for letting me be a small part of your journey 💙

There’s a brand new workout coming tomorrow morning on my YouTube channel.

Some really helpful advice for accessing the right support when moving onto University 💡

Without the right education, it is much harder for children to rise to the challenges they will face later in life.

Yet our education system does not prepare all students equally for the real world.

Students at top-tier boarding schools have access to a wealth of opportunities and networks that give them a huge head start in life.

It’s no coincidence that Eton College alone has produced 20 British Prime Ministers.

We must address this imbalance.

That’s why I recently wrote to the Secretary of State for Education to ask about the potential merits of expanding pupil premium funding for students aged 16–19.

Pupil premium funding is additional government money provided to state schools in England to improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged students.

It is awarded to schools depending on how many of their students are eligible for free school meals and have been in care.

I understand that, particularly after years and years of financial mismanagement by the Conservatives, there is not an endless supply of money.

But money spent on education is not about giving handouts: it is an investment in the future of our workforce and our economy. If we invest properly in educated young people, we will reap the benefits tenfold down the line.

I will keep asking this Government what steps are being taken to support disadvantaged students.

Education is the best route to social mobility. No student should be left behind on this journey because of a lack of opportunity.

Good luck to all students revising for exams.

Remember our Dyslexic and ADHD brains work best when we feel safe, comfortable and rewarded 💡😍

For Teachers, Parents & Students This Exam Season

A calm nervous system supports learning far better than overwhelm does.

This week, try to focus on:
✔ progress, not perfection
✔ short breaks
✔ rest and sleep
✔ encouragement over criticism

Dyslexia and ADHD can also bring incredible strengths including creativity, resilience and big-picture thinking.

Exams don’t just test knowledge.
They also test the nervous system.

When students feel overwhelmed, memory, focus and clear thinking can become harder to access.

Calm support helps students show what they truly know.
