My next Mum & Baby Fitness block starts this September in Christchurch, and babies/toddlers are very welcome! 👶🏼

These sessions are designed specifically for mums, combining:

✨ Full-body strength & fitness
✨ Core + pelvic floor friendly exercises
✨ Postnatal-friendly modifications
✨ A fun, supportive atmosphere
✨ Time to meet other mums - no pressure, no judgement!

Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along and ready to get back into exercise, you can work at your own level.

When I first decided to do this, I had no idea it would be so successful.

After leaving my NHS job due to burnout and feeling completely unsupported, money was really tight for a while. I stopped having haircuts because I simply couldn’t afford them.

So to now be able to donate my hair to help make wigs for children experiencing hair loss, AND raise £930 for such an incredible charity feels pretty special 💞

I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you 🫶

Thank you to everyone who donated, bought tickets, shared my posts, encouraged me, came along or simply cheered me on.

And a HUGE thank you to all the local independent businesses who donated prizes.

This has really reminded me why supporting small, local businesses matters SO much. Some bigger businesses who said they would get involved unfortunately didn’t follow through, while so many local businesses happily stepped up, donated generously and supported something that mattered to their community.

So please, where you can, shop local, use local services and shout about the small businesses you love ❤️

I’m so grateful to now be in a position where I can give something back. I might not have had much to give once upon a time… but I had some very long hair! 😂 And somehow that’s turned into something pretty amazing 🥹

We’ll begin by arriving, settling in, and enjoying a welcome drink together before moving into a gentle Yoga flow designed to awaken your life force energy and prepare your body and mind to receive 💫

From there, you’ll be invited to rest in complete comfort, supported by bolsters and blankets, as you fully immerse yourself in the powerful Heka energy transmission.

We’ll close the evening by spending time together in the beautiful grounds of The Retreat, allowing space to integrate, reflect, and, if you wish, share your experience.

This will be an especially magical evening as we’re gathering during the peak of the Lion’s Gate Portal - a time associated with manifestation, abundance, and stepping into your highest potential 🦁✨

On 12th August, I’m doing something that feels both exciting and a little bit terrifying… I’m cutting off around 12 inches of my hair to donate to 💖

This incredible charity creates wigs for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment, alopecia and other medical conditions (check out their page, they’re absolutely beautiful 🥰)

Each wig costs around £500 to make, so as well as sending in my hair, I’d love to help fund a wig too 🫶

Over the next couple of weeks, I’m raising as much money as I can! 💖💫
