Forgotten to post the past few weeks of training. It been a fantastic training as gearing up for the grading.
Matt and Doug are still in the progress of getting their fitness and knowledge up including brushing up their techniques to perfect their training. They are going for their 3rd Dan Black Belt.
Ryan is working toward to his very first black belt grading and firstly he will need to have good memory of every training from white belt to his 3rd Kyu and will also need to gear his fitness and stamina training up.
Harrison is working his stances and techniques ready for his Orange belt and he really had come along way with his training and done absolutely amazing.
We are also using a tennis ball technique as instead of punching the tennis ball. We switch hands and must catch the ball where your punch is aimed as building the reflexes and agility

On 8th May there was a competition and Ryan Sole (in the middle) achieve and got bronze medal as came 3rd place!
Have to say Iβm so proud of Ryan as he really put so much effort and training into this as he wanted to experience the competition and he is very proud to achieve 3rd place and brought home a medal.
After so many years of training he suffered a serious injury with both legs and he put so much effort to train and now he had improved his strength in the legs and after fighting not to give up he also now rewarded 1st Kyu which is the last brown belt.
Now he will have a good full year to improve his technique and bring up his skills ready for his first Black Belt.
Again Ryan Sole well done.
