Your body dictates your golf swing.
Most golfers spend hours changing their technique without ever asking why they can’t achieve the positions they’re chasing.
If your body doesn’t have the mobility, stability, strength or movement control to produce an efficient golf swing, technical changes become difficult to repeat and even harder to keep.
That’s where my Initial Movement Assessment is different.
This isn’t a generic flexibility screen or a list of stretches. It’s a detailed, golf-specific assessment designed to identify exactly what’s limiting your swing and, more importantly, how to fix it.
Here’s how the process works:
• We start with a conversation about your injury history, golf background, current swing and what you actually want to improve.
• I then assess how your body moves through golf-specific patterns, looking at mobility, stability, strength and movement mechanics.
• Once we’ve identified your limitations, I test different exercises and movement strategies to find what creates the biggest improvement for your body.
• You leave with a personalised corrective exercise programme built specifically around your movement, your swing and your goals.
• We then reassess after 4-6 weeks, progressing your programme as your body changes and your game develops.
This is an evidence-led, individual process. No generic mobility routines. No copying what someone else does. No guesswork.
Every exercise has a purpose. Every movement is selected because it helps you move better and perform better.
If you’re serious about building a stronger, more efficient golf swing, the first step isn’t changing your technique.
It’s understanding the body that’s producing it.
If you’re ready to discover what’s limiting your game and build a body that supports better golf, send me a message or book your Initial Movement Assessment.
