The library aims to promote literacy, supports teaching and learning, and encourages reading amongst the whole school community. The library is open throughout the school day and stocks a wide range of reading material to cater for varying ages, tastes and reading ability. In addition to fiction and non-fiction books the library stocks Graphic Novels, Manga Novels, Barrington Stoke books for dysle

xic and reluctant readers, ‘The Week’ and the ‘Booked magazine’. Suggestions from pupils for new books are always welcome and will be considered when ordering new books.

If anyone has copies of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books that are no longer wanted. The school library would be very grateful for the donation. Our copies tend to be very well used and not many of them survive long. Thank you in advance for your generosity. 😊

Does anyone have any recent copies of Golf magazine that they would like to donate to the school library rather than recycle them? Our students are very keen to read and enjoy them once you are finished 😊
