It was raining yesterday, so we decided to take the boys to London’s latest immersive experience: at ExCeL Waterfront.

We spent a couple of hours wandering through the 16 immersive installations – from taking the train into Dreamland to wandering through an enchanted forest. The boys couldn’t get enough of it, and the grownups thought it was pretty special too.

It’s on until 30 September, so if you fancy checking it out, there’s still plenty of time to go.

This has to be the best value lodge in Cheshire, and I still can’t get over it.

We stayed in a 3-bed lodge at and it genuinely felt brand new. I was located in the heart of Delamere Forest, and it only cost us £432 for the whole weekend (Fri–Mon).

7 of us went – 3 adults, 3 kids and an infant, over the summer holidays. For that price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was perfect for what we wanted.

It had a big double bedroom with its own en-suite, two twin rooms, and a proper kitchen and living space. The kids barely got off their bikes the whole time we were there, and we were 20 minutes from and just 5 minutes from itself. It was the perfect location for what we wanted.

So if you’re looking for an affordable holiday lodge close to the top attractions in Cheshire, you need to give this place a look.

Last weekend, we stayed at and I can’t stop thinking about it 😍

This wasn’t a paid or gifted stay, we booked this one ourselves. I’d genuinely never heard of until a few weeks ago, and I wanted to share what a brilliant find it was.

The Autograph Glass House was absolutely stunning, and there were so many fun activities for the kids – from arts and crafts to movie nights in the safari tent. But the best bit is you can walk straight out of the holiday park into the New Forest, where you’re greeted by cows and horses.

If you’re looking for your next family break, this one’s worth knowing about.

You’re not imagining it – the exhaustion is real, and so is your instinct to stay close.

That’s exactly why I’m building this community. A space for parents who want better sleep without abandoning their values. Where you can ask the questions you’re afraid to ask elsewhere, share the nights that break you a little, and be met by people who understand, because they’re living it too.

No judgment. No rigid rules. Just real support from me, and a community around you that gets exactly what you’re going through.

If that’s you, I’d love for you to join us.

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet on here the last few days. I’ve been super-busy with UGC creation and looking after the kids. Are the summer holidays nearly over yet?! 🤣

I’ve only recently gone all in on UGC, but things have started moving pretty quickly. When I first started contacting brands, I was only getting gifted collabs. But now I’m starting to attract paid deals, which is really exciting.

Here’s a little snapshot of the brands I’ve worked with over the last month :)

And if you’re in your 40s, like me, you can definitely do this too! Feel free to DM me if you wanna hear how I’ve got here ☺️

It’s one of the most Googled baby sleep topics, and the name alone makes it sound like something has gone wrong. It hasn’t.
Around 4 months, your baby’s brain matures and their sleep architecture changes permanently. They move from simple newborn sleep cycles into more distinct stages, with lighter periods and natural wake points between them.

That’s not a step backwards – that’s a significant neurological milestone! Their brain has done something incredible, and their sleep reflects that.

The reason it feels so hard is that more sophisticated sleep means more stirring between cycles and a greater need for comfort overnight, which is completely normal.

Calling it a regression also implies it’ll pass and things will go back to how they were... They won’t, because this change is permanent. But sleep does gradually settle into a new normal, and gentle, responsive support through this stage helps it find its rhythm far more smoothly than trying to push through it.

If you’re in the thick of the 4 month shift and want to understand what’s happening and how to gently support your baby through it, comment 4MONTHS to get my 4 month sleep progression masterclass.
