Whether they're expecting a first baby or a fourth, adjusting to the shifts and challenges a new life brings takes time and can be challenging and exhausting. My support is warm, gentle and compassionate and I can provide a listening ear and an extra pair of hands around the home, a bit of extra time and space to rest or have a shower, a delicious lunch, some light housework and tidying along with some calm and companionship.
I have availability from mid-November.
