Creative Clay For All Award winning fun and inspiring travelling clay workshops for groups that do not have access to clay. Making clay accessible for everyone.

Workshops available in Dorchester, Weymouth, Wareham, Poole and surrounding areas. There has been a lot of research on the benefits of clay for health and wellbeing. At the same time there were closures of adult education classes and a lack of kilns in schools and community groups. People in residential care homes were unable to access clay too. So Creative Clay For All was set up in 2015 to fill

this void. Inclusive tailor made workshops designed for theme and ability. A bit about me
I have been working with clay for over 20 years. I studied ceramics to BA (Hons) level at Bath Spa University, taught by amazingly talented International ceramicists. I have exhibited my work around the south of England including Bristol, Winchester, Exeter and the Business Design Centre in London. I have a passion for bringing clay to those that cannot access it. Clay is a way that people with varying abilities can get creative. I want everyone to have access to clay. Summer with the day centre. Exploring seaside stamps, rollers and plants that give seaweed textures like cotton lavender. This gave the extra dimension of scent. These were used to create a tile. Then squeezing, rolling and marking clay to make a crab.
Lots of laughter and fun creating these.
