We are currently developing our outdoor area to create more exciting, hands-on learning opportunities for the children.
We are looking for donations of clean, safe, reusable items that the children can explore and use in their play. If you have any of the following at home that you no longer need, we would be so grateful:

🥄Old pots, pans, wooden spoons, utensils
🧴Plastic containers, bottles, tubs, jugs
🪵Natural materials such as sticks, pebbles, pinecones
🧱Wooden pallets, crates, tyres
🎨Paintbrushes, chalk, or mark-making materials
🧺Baskets, trays, or role play items (e.g. tea sets)

If you are able to donate anything, please speak to a member of staff or bring items to the bungalow.

This morning our children have been able to watch our butterflies set free. Before the half-term, we had some caterpillars and the children were learning about how they turn into chrysalides when turning into butterflies. It’s been lovely to watch the journey and set them free🐛🦋

Well done to all our children at the bungalow who entered our Easter craft competition, we’ve loved seeing your creations!!

Just a reminder we are closed at the bungalow for 2 weeks for the Easter holidays and return on Monday 13th April.

This morning we had a letter posted and it was from our dinosaurs. They have been playing in the garden and have gotten lost! They needed the children’s help to follow clues, work as a team and search carefully to help find them and take them home. We followed the map and clues and eventually found them hiding in the bushes 🦖🌳🔎

This week we have focused on Valentine’s Day 💝

We have done lots of activities and crafts, and the children have been talking about who they love and care about at home ❤️
