💚🎉 Goodbye, Class of 2026! 🎉💚

What a fantastic morning our school leavers have had at their leavers’ party! Filled with delicious food, lots of dancing, laughter, and entertainment, it was the perfect way to celebrate all the wonderful memories they’ve made together.

We are so proud of each and every one of you and wish you all the very best as you begin your exciting new adventure at big school. Keep shining, keep smiling, and never stop believing in yourselves.

We will miss you all so much, but we know you’ll go on to do amazing things. Good luck, Class of 2026! 💚✨

A big thank you to Beth's Grandad, Peter, for coming to visit us today! 🎸🎶 The children loved singing along to their favourite nursery rhymes, dancing, and joining in with the music. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and happy faces throughout the session. Thank you, Peter, for making our morning so special!

What a lovely morning Lillies had! They enjoyed a walk to the field, talking about our local community along the way. The children had great fun playing with balls and bats, taking turns, and working together. They also went on a bug hunt, exploring nature and looking closely at the insects they found. A fun-filled morning of fresh air, learning, and smiles! 🌞🐞⚽

☀️ ☀️ With the weather due to be very hot this week, please ensure your child has a sun hat with them.
We will be adapting our routines so the children can still access outdoors, however this will be limited to safe times and Children will be kept hydrated with regular water breaks ☀️ ☀️

Today we celebrate all the wonderful dads, grandads, stepdads, carers, and father figures who fill our children’s lives with love, support, laughter, and encouragement.

Thank you for the countless cuddles, bedtime stories, nursery runs, and special moments that help our little ones grow and thrive.

🎸🎶 We loved singing and dancing today when Beth’s grandad came to nursery with his guitar!
The children joined in with lots of nursery rhymes, clapping and smiling all the way through.
Music helps children listen, move and have fun together! 😊

We have some limited spaces avavilable in our toddler room (2-3) and pre school room (3-5) from September. Please get in touch to secure your space.

🐸 We now have frogs 🐸
The children have enjoyed watching the life cycle of a frog from tiny tadpoles to frogs!
They have developed an understanding of life cycles and the natural world whilst observing the different stages.
The frogs will now be released to their new home 🐸

Part-Time DIY Handyman Wanted – Jumpin Jacks Nursery , Edenthorpe

We are looking for a reliable and skilled DIY handyman to assist with general maintenance at our friendly nursery.

Role Details:
• A few days per month (flexible scheduling, as and when required)
• £15 per hour
• Based on-site at the nursery

Duties Include:
• General repairs and upkeep
• Basic carpentry and joinery tasks
• Maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and outdoor areas

Requirements:
• Strong joinery / carpentry skills essential
• Experience in general DIY and maintenance work
• No plumbing or electrical work required
• must be dependable, tidy, and able to work independently
• DBS check will be essential

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work in a welcoming environment.
