What a really cool trip for 11 of our children today. Our football team got the opportunity to visit the home of Doncaster Rovers and play on the actual pitch. We finished the league joint top (second on goal difference). They then went on to win the quarter finals but unfortunately lost on penalties in the semi. All our players were such good sports. A lot of memories were made today ……well done team Misson # # #

One of our wonderful students is going to great lengths to make a difference to children who are not as fortune as she is. Ava in year 6 has decided to have her hair cut on the 30th May, donating it to The Little Princess Trust who will then make it into wigs for children with cancer. We are so proud of her and can’t believe how brave she is. If you would like to sponsor Ava in her quest please use the link below. All the money goes to this amazing cause. Thank you so much for support. Every little bit will help. Thank you

Wow……what a great session ....all 16 of our Forest Schoolers were happy and raring to go
tonight.
There were tree swings, hammocks, fire starting with flint and steel, bow and arrow making, knife skills, balance beams, digging and knot tying…..all this squeezed into just over one hour.
There was even time for a mini lesson or two on sustainability and ecological impact and why using willow is a great source of plentiful resource without damaging nature.
Mrs Sykes and Mr Keast were having so much fun they nearly forgot to take photos for us all to see and admire. Thankfully they managed to catch a few snaps of these amazing activities # # #
