🌟 Celebrating 20 Wonderful Years of Miss Rae-Ann at Building Blocks Montessori! 🌟
Over the next few weeks we are celebrating a very special milestone; 20 years of dedication, loyalty and love from our wonderful Miss Rae-Ann! 💕🎉
Miss Rae-Ann has been such a huge part of the Building Blocks family for two decades. Throughout all those years, she has been a constant, always there to support the children, help new members of staff find their feet, encourage those around her and lend a helping hand whenever it was needed.
But Miss Rae-Ann has been so much more than a valued member of our team. She has become a true friend to us all, someone we can rely on, laugh with, talk to and share the ups and downs of nursery life with. Her loyalty to Building Blocks and the people within it has been truly special.
Over the years, Miss Rae-Ann has also continued to grow and develop professionally. She has always wanted to extend her knowledge and understanding, investing in her own professional development and working hard to achieve her qualified teacher status. We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and the commitment she has shown to continually learning and improving the experiences we offer the children.
And then there are the hundreds of children whose lives Miss Rae-Ann has enriched over the years. So many little ones have walked through our doors, and so many have been lucky enough to have Miss Rae-Ann care for, teach, encourage and nurture them. And if there is one thing we know for certain, it is just how much the children have loved her. From those first little nervous days in Bubbles to the big smiles, cuddles, laughter and memories they took home with them, Miss Rae-Ann has made a lasting difference to so many children's and their families lives.
Twenty years is an incredible achievement, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had Miss Rae-Ann as part of our Building Blocks family for all this time. 💗
So, from all of us at Building Blocks Montessori, THANK YOU, Rae-Ann, for 20 amazing years!
And to all of our wonderful parents; please join us in congratulating Rae-Ann and thanking her for everything she has given to Building Blocks and to so many of our children over the years.
