🏆 Adwick Girls Football is off to a flying start!

Following last season's league and cup success, we’ve set our sights on conquering girls' football! This season, Adwick enters the Under 13s and Under 15s 9-a-side leagues and cups, bringing girl’s extra-curricular to the next level. ⚽✨

Wednesday night training has been booming, leading to a massive 16-player U13 squad (Years 7 & 8) taking on local rivals Don Valley in their first competitive match!

Despite going 2-0 down early on, the squad showed incredible grit to turn it around and secure a well-deserved 5-3 victory!

A huge thank you to Mr Medlin for stepping in to manage/referee, and to Year 11 assistant manager Mckenzie S for seamlessly rotating all 16 players! 👏

Up next: A cup clash away at Campsmount! Wish the squad luck! 💪
