🏉 Finlay Davies deserves recognition!
A pound for pound power athlete who in the last twelve months, made his senior debut for boyhood club Wheatley Hills & earned an international cap for Scotland U19s at the Rugby League European Championship in France six nations. He's since signed for Hull Ionians, chasing game time in semi-professional National League 2 North.

Size was never his story, output is. At U80kg Finlay hits 36.2 km/h on the flat, 1.45s over 5m against 15kg of resistance & 2,147W of power off the trap bar. Pound-for-pound, that's the profile of a serious athlete.

A huge send-off to Mario Garrido, who has earned his place to study Marine Biology at UC San Diego! ✈️🎓

Mario has been one of the most talented, driven and relentlessly progressive athletes we've had the privilege to work with.

A whole-athlete approach, a never-give-up attitude and genuine multi-sport quality have taken him from Yorkshire record-breaker to the start of a new chapter across the Atlantic.

This one is a celebration of the whole journey.

Huge congratulations to Ella Burton, who has earned her place at Hartpury College to play rugby after impressing at trials! 🏉

Hartpury is the benchmark for women's rugby in this country. Its dual-career pathway has produced 20+ England U20s and 10 senior England internationals, including World Cup winners. Earning a place puts Ella in genuinely elite company.

A six-month hip injury can stall any young athlete's momentum. George responded differently, using the setback as a platform, returning fitter, faster and ready to step up into men's football at just 16.

🏉 From PACE camp standout to U16 Rhinos record-holder: Leah has earned her place at the Girls Talent Hubs.

The Girls Talent Hubs are the opening step on the performance pathway: the first stage in identifying the athletes who will progress as U17s onto the England DiSE programme (the national pathway for players with the potential to represent England and compete at the very top of the women's game).

It's selection earned through consistency, not chance.
