I’m now taking a very well-earned break 🥵 and giving myself some much-needed time to rest and recharge. Because of this, I may not get back to messages immediately, but I will reply as soon as I can.

“Hi! Just thought I’d update you on the great work you did 😊 I haven’t been back to you since I messaged because, somehow, the filler is still there and is sat beautifully 😂 I feel like you saved me so so much money in doing a perfect job of it so thank you for that lovely ❤️ # # ”

She was initially a little worried after her lip filler treatment — she felt like the filler was disappearing! 💭
This is such a common reaction once the swelling starts to settle. In fact, lips typically lose around 30–40% of their initial volume during the healing process as the swelling goes down. 💋

She originally wanted to come back for more filler, but I advised her to wait until everything had fully settled — as I knew it wasn’t necessary and her lips just needed time to soften and balance out naturally. 💞

It’s also completely normal for lips to bruise, swell, feel a little lumpy or even look slightly uneven in the first couple of weeks after filler. I always remind clients that this is just part of the healing journey — and although it can be worrying, once the filler has integrated, the result is beautifully natural and long-lasting ✨

I’m so happy she trusted the process and is still absolutely loving her lips months later! 💋
