You’ll be involved in:
👥 Employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
📋 Recruitment and selection coordination
📝 Employment contracts and onboarding
📂 Maintaining accurate HR records and systems
⚖️ Supporting managers with HR policies and employment legislation

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
✔️ Previous HR administration experience

✔️ Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
✔️ Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams

🔄 12-hour rotating days & nights
📅 Temporary, week-to-week contract

We’re looking for Production Operatives to join the Barnsley site of a global manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll be involved in:
🔧 Feeding machines and keeping production lines running
🔍 Problem solving and fault finding
📦 Checking customer packing specifications
🧪 Checking testers and coatings and removing contaminated materials
🚜 Operating a palletiser or forklift truck
📝 Recording materials and test results

What are we looking for?
✔️ Experience in a busy manufacturing or production environment
✔️ Experience loading/unloading goods and operating basic machinery
✔️ Basic IT skills
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team

A valid Counterbalance licence would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
