Our Summer Workshops are still running, so there’s plenty of opportunities to keep performing, creating and having fun!

The Phoenix Theatre is home to:
• Bawtry Amateur Dramatic Society, producing three productions a year, a variety of comedies, mysteries, whodunnits and dramas.
• The Young Players and Mini Players, who meet every Saturday morning and perform in two or three productions a year
• Bawtry Film Society, showing around 20 critically acclaimed British and foreign films a season

✨ That’s a wrap on Chicago! ✨

And just like that, the curtain has fallen on an unforgettable production of Chicago.

What an incredible journey it’s been. To our phenomenal cast, dedicated production team, front of house volunteers, and everyone who played a part behind the scenes -thank you for your passion, commitment, and countless hours of hard work.

To our amazing audiences, thank you for filling the theatre with your energy, applause, and support. You made every performance even more special.

While we’re sad to say goodbye to the Cell Block, the spotlight, and all that jazz, we’re so proud of everything we’ve achieved together. These memories, friendships, and moments on stage will stay with us for a long time.

Congratulations to every single person involved. Take a bow, you’ve truly earned it. ❤️🎭
