🎤 SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENT 🎤

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Bernadette Immel to the speaker line-up for the TriDent Equine Dental Conference 2026.

Dr. Immel is an internationally respected equine dental specialist with more than 20 years dedicated exclusively to equine dentistry. As President of IGFP e.V., Germany, and a surgeon, lecturer, and educator, she has played a significant role in advancing equine dental education and standards throughout Europe.

Her passion for education, clinical excellence, and equine welfare makes her a fantastic addition to our programme, and we are excited to have her share her knowledge and experience with delegates from around the world.

It was great to see some of our instructors and previous students at the British Association of Equine Dental Technicians annual congress improving their knowledge and completing CPD.

Casey started her training with TriDent and has continued her training with TriDent and a BAEDT member.

The spring class of 2026

Day 9. Students presented cases that have treated during the week. This allows them to get used to speaking about their treatment plans and allow other students to see a wider range of cases.
Christina Fritz from Sanoanimal was out guest speaker this course presenting to the class on equine nutrition and it’s affects of equine dentition.

Day 8. In the morning, Lucinda Stockley from Equus360 presented “Mind the Mandible” to our students. In the afternoon they all carried out a head dissection to gain a deeper understanding of the function and structure of the head.

Thank you to Equilight for the new course equipment.
They have even engraved a “trident” symbol on our handpieces.

Day 6. All students treated horses today that were brought into the clinic venue.
Each day students change instructors to learn a wide range of techniques and treatment plans.
All horses were sedated by our attending veterinarian to be treated by our students.
