What a day.
A huge well done to everyone who took part in our HYROX Simulation.
From the first run to the final station, every single person showed determination, resilience, and a willingness to push beyond their comfort zone.
The best part?
Seeing people support each other, dig deep when it got tough, and finish stronger than they started.
Whether you’re training for your first HYROX event, chasing a PB, or simply becoming fitter and stronger, today was a reminder of what can be achieved when you turn up and give your best.
