🌟🌟🌟 Employee of the Month 🌟🌟🌟

Our Employee of the month for August 2026 is Michelle!

Michelle joined the team in June this year and has quickly proven to be a valuable asset. She has made significant contributions to our planning and devoted her time at home to design exciting resources for the children. Michelle is working with the Oaks Team to make an enchanted sensory den in our forest tipi and has created bespoke bunting and cushions by hand for us!
Furthermore, Michelle has been supporting our school leavers and helping them prepare for their upcoming transition and her expertise in this area has been vital.

Thank you so much for all your hard work Michelle! Xx

☕️🌻 Happy Yorkshire Day! 🌻☕️

We’re celebrating all things yorkshire today ahead of Yorkshire Day tomorrow!

The children have enjoyed a little tasty treat of a Yorkshire pudding along with a lovely cuppa!
We’ve been strengthening our gross motor development, hay bale racing down the hill and been guesstimating how far we can throw our giant Yorkshire puddings! Becky was ready and waiting to catch as you can see 🤣.
We’ve been investigating what happens to the tea leaves when they infuse with the water in the tray and strengthening our fine motor skills as we fill up and empty jugs and containers.

Happy Yorkshire Day everyone!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Employee of the Month ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Our employee of the month for July 2026 is Chloe!

Chloe has truly embraced the needs of the nursery throughout July. She stepped in to cover kitchen duties, preparing delicious food and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Chloe has been covering shifts at our sister nursery, providing excellent support to the team there.

Chloe has enhanced her skills through meaningful interactions with the younger children in Acorns, using these experiences to promote their communication abilities.

Chloe is making remarkable progress with her assignments and is on track to complete her qualification ahead of schedule.

Her hard work this month has greatly benefited both our nursery and Flying Start!

Thank you Chloe! Xx
