GCSE Results 2026 🎉💙

Yesterday we celebrated amazing GCSE outcomes with our students and their families.

We are extremely proud of the hard work, resilience and determination from our students over the last five years and are pleased that this has been rewarded with their results. We have been through every emotion in the last twelve months but it was all worth it.

Thank you to every one involved in supporting these students- families, the local community, staff and our partners- every one of you has played your part and supported in shaping these outcomes.

For the first time, we have achieved over 60% of our students achieving at least a grade 5 in both English and Mathematics.

We have a record number of students signed up for our sixth form and are so pleased that you are continuing your journey with us.

Congratulations to everyone and we hope you celebrated in style yesterday.

GCSE Results 2026- Thursday 20th August

Students are welcome in to school from 9:00am until 11:30am to collect their results. Any that aren't collected will be emailed out approximately 12pm to their school email addresses.

During this time we will have staff available for support and will discuss next steps with every student. 💙

..but we have had a few people asking about when we start back.

Year 7 and Year 12 start back on Wednesday 2nd September and all students are due in on Thursday 3rd September.

🎓 A huge well done to our Sixth Form students!

After years of hard work, revision, exams, and plenty of ups and downs along the way, today is the day you get to celebrate your achievements.

Whatever your results, you should be proud of how far you’ve come. For some, it’ll be the start of university, for others an apprenticeship, a job, or a completely different path, and that’s absolutely fine.

We’re incredibly proud of you all and wish you the very best for whatever comes next.

A big thank you too to all the staff, parents, carers and families who have supported our students along the way.

We are looking forward to celebrating with our Year 13 cohort tomorrow who will be collecting their A Level and BTEC results. 🎉

Students are welcome into school to collect these from 8:30-10:30 am. Staff will be available to support students with UCAS and next steps following the collection of their results. 💙
