Swimming is about so much more than learning to swim… 💦🧠

The Early Years Swimming Project explored the developmental benefits of swimming for young children, finding links between early swimming and physical, cognitive and language development ⭐️

During a swimming lesson, our swimstars are listening, following instructions, coordinating their movements, responding to feedback and trying new skills - all while building their water confidence 🏊🫧

At Go Swimstars, we’re helping children learn an important life skill while they learn, explore and grow in confidence 🫶🏼✨

We are so proud of the amazing people who make up our teaching team!! They care so much about every single swimstar as they support them through their swimming journey 💦

It’s not uncommon for a little one to enter the pool with a few tears… & leave 30 minutes later giggling their head off 😅

It’s the encouragement, patience, reassurance and genuine care from all our teachers that makes all the difference 🫶🏼

To all our amazing teachers - thank you for everything you do, we see you & we appreciate you 🐬💙
