🌿 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🌿

We are upgrading our Early Years Outdoor Learning Environment, and we need your help to make it amazing!

Outdoor play builds curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Many of the very best learning resources are everyday, authentic household items and "loose parts." Before throwing anything away, please check if you have any of the following to donate!

📦 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

🥣 Mud Kitchen & Messy Play
Pots, pans, saucepans & colanders (metal/stainless steel)
Muffin tins, cake tins & silicone molds
Plastic jugs, funnels & measuring cups

🌱 Sensory & Nature Exploration
Pinecones, large shells, conkers & smooth river stones
Plant pots, watering cans & small hand tools

📚 Cozy & Creative Corners
Outdoor/weatherproof cushions & outdoor rugs
Wooden cable reels or large bobbins

📍 HOW TO DONATE:
Drop-Off Point: Early Years Entrance

When: During morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up over the next two weeks

Safety Note: Please ensure all items are clean, free of sharp edges, and safe for little hands!
✨ Thank you for helping us create an inspiring space for our children! ✨

Discord gives young people a space to chat, play games and join communities based around shared interests.

While it can be a positive way to connect with friends, there are also important risks for parents and educators to understand.

Our latest guide highlights:
• Contact with strangers
• Harassment and harmful behaviour
• Exposure to inappropriate content
• Gaming and socialising becoming a distraction
• Spending and subscription risks

It also shares practical advice on using Discord’s Family Centre, reviewing privacy and spending settings, talking openly about suspicious behaviour and agreeing clear expectations around screen time.
