Ah hoy Early Years Parents! This week we set sail on our very own pirate ship!

Next week our little pirates will be searching for treasure! Sessions will be taking place across the week.

Every single day your child comes to nursery or reception, they are doing something incredibly important: they are playing, learning, and growing! Think of school like a giant puzzle—every day they attend, they get a new piece of the puzzle. If they miss days, it is like having missing puzzle pieces, which makes it harder to see the whole picture.

Coming to school every day helps children make close friends, learn how to share, and feel confident. When children are here all the time, they learn how to read, count, and talk about their feelings much faster. By helping your child show up every day, you are giving them the best possible start to their education!

Tomorrow is our half termly SEND coffee morning! We would love to see you for a cuppa and a catch up from 9-10am tomorrow ☕️ 🥰

Ah hoy Early Years Parents! Next week we will be starting on our 4 week Pirate Attendance Challenge.

Each week children will take part in a different pirate themed activity.

We will be setting sail on Wednesday during stay and learn!

They have eaten all their food and climbed to the top of their pots ready to make their cocoons. Some have already made them and they are getting ready to change 🦋

🐛 The caterpillars in Early Years are eating lots and growing very quickly! The children are checking on them every day and are excited to see what will happen next 🦋

Year 6 are starting their second day at Willersley Castle. We’ve had our breakfast and on to the activities of the day!

Join us for a fun, hands-on family challenge inspired by the picture book '365 Penguins'. Can we build a penguin-filled house together? Join us for a fun, creative series of workshops where we explore maths through storytelling!

Come on the hour to hear the story, then help us create 365 penguins through arts and crafts activities. Story time is:
