Still & Flow — Pre-Orders for Issue Two Are Open!
I’m so excited to share that the second issue of Still & Flow — my seasonal, nature-rooted magazine — is nearly ready to release.
Each issue is inspired by the changing seasons and elements. This one is guided by the Metal Element and Autumn 🍂 — with Qigong, breath practices, seasonal reflections, simple rituals, and everyday ways to return to stillness and centre.

Would you like a printed copy?

I’d love to order a batch of beautiful, 28-page magazines to hold in your hands. The printer’s minimum is 10 copies, so I’m opening up pre-orders now.

They’ll be £5 each plus any postage (just covering print costs). Once I have 10 pre-orders, I’ll send them off to print and post them to you as soon as they’re ready.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines breathwork, mindful movement, and stillness to cultivate balance, energy, and wellbeing. It’s thousands of years old — and its benefits are just as relevant today: reduced stress, improved focus, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to self.

I’ve been studying this incredible practice under renowned teacher Lee Holden, and it continues to have huge benefits on my life. To share this journey, I’ve created a space called Little Wren Qigong.
