The Makaton charity and its tutors are pleased (and relieved) to finally have our founder, Margaret Walker win the Pride of Britain, Special Recognition award for her dedication and creation of Makaton.

It was televised on ITV, Tuesday 5th November at 8pm. I think you will agree (if you get to see) that Margaret looked absolutely beautiful and this award is well overdue and truly deserved for her commitment and passion for Makaton.
