So so proud of each one of my students who absolutely smashed it, even with very last minute changes on the day!!
You all did so so well, when’s the next one👀

MEET THE PERFORMERS: Bryony✨

Bryony is doing a solo in the show and makes everything look so flowy and eye catching😍

Hollie, affectionately known as Fizz, started their hoop journey at Greentop Circus before moving to Aerial Zone where they met Keri, and after an impulsive doubles Hyrox, Keri invited them to be in this show.

For the showcase, they will be performing two solos;

MEET THE PERFORMERS: Elizabeth✨

Elizabeth has been doing aerial hoop for many years, joined Sunflower Studios and is now also a qualified instructor 🌻

We definitely know Elizabeth’s favourite move is a splitty gazelle, see if you can spot this one in the show😌

MEET THE PERFORMERS: Jasper! ✨️

Jasper joined Sunflower Studios around 3 years ago and has been working so hard on show routines- including props too👀💃

As well as a solo, Jasper will be joining Jane for a doubles routine!✨

Jasper loves a diving bird, holds a strong walking man and makes back balances look easy✨

Jane has been on her hoop journey with Sunflower Studios for around 3& a half years and has made amazing progress through that time😍

From simple moves under the hoop through to rolls& top bar work, it’s great to see her confidence growing✨

MEET THE PERFORMERS: Emma Gullon! ✨️🦇

Emma has been hooping with us for four years, and it's been amazing to see her confidence grow with every move she learns!

Emma is obsessed with all things spooky - particularly Bats 🦇 - and affectionately calls hoop "Bat Training!" 🦇🎃🌛

For our showcase, she’s taking on the brave challenge of not one, but TWO solos!!! ✨️✨️✨️

A very sad, heartbreaking accident happened on Christmas Day to a lovely woman I’ve met through one of the fitness classes I go too where she has lost her gorgeous baby girl💔
