Both fighters were tremendous today, thank you to Jack and Nikki for putting the event on and thank you for Combat Academy Chesterfield for their fighter. Very scrappy in parts and very close, but Oli took the win after he was aggressive and bit down and fought his heart out.

At Mac’s Fitness, we don’t simply train you half heartedly we care about progression and pushing every client.

Therefore, we put 110% in every service we provide. We regularly check up and are always there for advice and guidance in terms of Exercise and Nutrition.

As seen above these are the services we offer.

1-2-1 Sessions:

Can vary between going through & helping with exercises in your programme, face to face fitness sessions and/or pad & bag work to hone your skills and techniques. Helping you get fitter, stronger and healthier.

S&C for Combat and Contact/ Collision Sports:

More or less the same, still 1-2-1 or can be multiple fighters/ participants. Structuring movements that are specific to Martial Arts/ Boxing movements. Helping increase Strength, Power and Explosiveness. Also applicable to Contact/ Collision sports such as Rugby, American Football, Wrestling.

Standard and Tailored Programmes:

Programmes that have either been created me and can be distributed for a cheaper price.
Or, Tailored programmes specific to you and your goals and the type of training you enjoy. This will therefore distribute the best split for your most optimal results and help athletes especially when in and out of season.

Online Coaching:

Currently in Development…
however will be up and running soon. Will be structured, showing movements with in detail specifications on form. Weekly check ins, nutritional advice + assistance via Zoom or FaceTime, and Structured Programmes for your most Optimal Performance and Goals.
